To
another bowl add
1.75 litres Fruizia Strawberry or Orange/Mango 99% Real Fruit base
6.5 litres water
300 mls Triple Sec Liqueur (or equivalent)
700 mls white rum.
For
Mango add 200 mls Mango Liqueur. (optional)
For Strawberry add 200 mls Strawberry Liqueur (optional)
Blend and freeze down.
Decorate with fresh Strawberries.
To
have at home simply decant into an ice cream container and keep in your
home freezer.
Spoon
into cocktail glasses as required. If it starts to separate mash with a
fork, stir and refreeze.
